The scent is strong and spicy. Water daily but allow the roots and media to dry out. The roots tend to be brittle so soaking in water may help before repotting. Blooming size in a 2’ pot but currently not in bloom. Rhynchostylis are slow growing orchids, usually growing only 1 leaf per year. So as the plants get older, they tend to have ‘war’ wounds from their age. These are still healthy plants and do show some leaf scuffs, and marks from their old age.
